The library selector is a Win32 tool that enables users of Pantheios to
select the libraries to link for their chosen application.

Users can select either explicit (archive list) or implicit (#include file
list) linking, for any platform, including Linux, Mac-OSX and Windows.

The 1.5.2.40 release includes the following changes:
* added Visual C++ 9.0 to the compiler list
* updated the Win32Xxxx back-end symbols to WindowsXxxx
* added be.speech to the back-ends list
