Pantheios.COM is a COM interface over the powerful Pantheios logging
library. It provides flexible, filtered logging to Console, Windows
Debugger, Event Log, Speech, File and Pantheios's custom Win32/syslog

The 1.0.1 beta 21 release includes the following changes:
 * all loggers now fail initialisation if passed any argument that they do
not recognise, and report the erroneous argument
