Currently I use "EMPIRE, Version 4.7 18-Oct-81" as found on the 
DECUS tapes compiled and run under VMS V3.0. The EMPIRE V5.0 
manual accompanied with it does not really fit to the version 
V4.7.

My questions:
- Are there any other VAX FORTRAN EMPIRE versions available?
- Is there a manual for version 4.7?
- Anyone that can answer questions concerning version 4.7?
