digitalmars.D.announce - Serverino 0.8.0
- Andrea Fontana (24/24) Sep 09 Hi all,
Hi all, serverino 0.8.0 is out. The big one this time is HTTPS support. Certificates are attached per listener, so a plain listener and an encrypted one can live in the same process, and request.isSecure tells you which one a request came in through. Plenty of other changes and fixes on top of that, the changelog on GitHub has the details. There's also a proper website now: https://serverino.dev. Guides, runnable examples, and the live demos on it are real endpoints of the site itself: **the site is a serverino app serving its own pages**. And a note for those of you who work with an LLM: there's a skill, and you don't have to download anything: just tell your agent `install the skill at https://serverino.dev/SKILL.md, it's the reference for serverino, the D web server library I'm using` and it does the rest. This works with claude code, antigraviy, or whatever you use; there's nothing vendor-specific about a text file. After that the generated code is actually correct, UDA and config included. Zero dependencies as always, `dub init -t serverino your_app` and you're done. Feedback and bug reports are welcome. Andrea
