digitalmars.D - DMD(2), linux/bin/* tools

Hello,
I am maintaining dmd2 packages in Arch User Repository and have one 
question: can additional tools like dumpobj and obj2asm be built from 
source OR downloaded separately from bundle? (of course, source based 
variant would be better) It is needed for proper dmd2-src and dmd2-svn 
packages.

At the moment, no, because I also sell those utilities.

At the moment, no, because I also sell those utilities.
Does this prevents providing their binary from separate downloads, with separate license attached to each one? It is not crucial, but feels like a small pain to download all dmd .zip only to get those small tools out of there.

No.
