A number of questions have been asked about implibs. Supplying all the
implibs will make the files very large. So how about a program/script to
build these implibs on the client system ? All u need to do is to supply the
.def files and the program should be able to build them as a part of the
installation.

This is the approach taken by the LCC-Win32 compiler.
