shell-compatible wildcard pattern matching. It is implemented in
C/C++, expressing a C API with a C++ wrapper.

Release 0.9.13 includes the following changes:
 * improved compatibility with VC++ 8 & 9

Note: this release of shwild requires STLSoft 1.9.30, or later. Download from
