~ fixed 'bug' (in Recls_DeriveRelativePath()) whereby deriving a relative
  path would contain unnecessary parts, e.g. the relativity of
    /usr/include/stlsoft/unixstl/
  with respect to
    /usr/include/stlsoft/
  would be
    ../stlsoft/unixstl

~ if (searchRoot is NULL and pattern is a single absolute + wild) or
  (searchRoot is a single absolute + wild and pattern is NULL), it will
  split them and do "the sensible thing".

recls/Ruby:
===========
~ Recls::FileSearch::new can now accept nil for search directory and/or
  pattern.

recls/STL:
==========
~ fixed recls/stl/search_sequence.hpp to be compatible with
  STLSoft 1.9.1 beta 47 (or later)
