The library selector is a Win32 tool that enables users of Pantheios to select
the libraries to link for their chosen application.

Users can select either explicit (archive list) or implicit (#include file
list) linking, for any platform, including Linux, Mac-OSX
and Windows.

The 1.8.1.45 release includes the following changes:
* added support for new separation between Pantheios Core and Util libraries,
as of Pantheios 1.0.1 beta 135
* added multithreaded support for CodeWarrior
