The library selector is a Win32 tool that enables users of Pantheios to select
the libraries to link for their chosen application.

Users can select either explicit (archive list) or implicit (#include file
list) linking, for any platform, including Linux, Mac-OSX
and Windows.

The 1.7.1.44 release includes the following changes:
* added support for Borland 5.82
* added support for GCC 4.0, 4.1, 4.2
* added multithreaded library support for Borland and GCC
