My question was aimed at the maintainers of the Digital Mars site. It
would save me time and money if they provided smaller downloads. I'm
not sure if they have a licensed copy of WinRAR so I suggested 7-ZIP
which is free, increasingly popular, and compresses at least as good
as RAR in most cases.
