Well, clean for sure is completely in Walter's control.
Fast... Some of it is the fact that Walter follows the right guidelines
in my opinion and stays away from too much graphics in one page. The
other is the T1 and the hardware. The load on the T1 seems to be over 50%
of the max. So there is still room for growth. The computer hardware has
been upgraded. When ever 'fast' was an issue of that I guess it is
supposed to be better now!
