c++ - Portable programming in C/C++ on Advogato

Portable programming in C/C++ ???
http://www.advogato.org/article/626.html

Key for DMC are the references to cross-platform runtime libs - Apache,
Netscape/Mozilla, ACE. These would make a Linux port of DMC very worthwhile.

The remarks about build systems are also good, Boost.Build (v2 now) being a good
choice.
