First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Walter Bright for having created such an amazing game. (Though I shudder to think how many hours of my life I spent playing it. Goes back to being at college in Chico, CA and playing it on the PDP-10 back in the early 80s.) I had the Interstel version for the Amiga, and I played the heck out of that. But now I recently loaded version 1.31 onto my old Dell PC, and I love playing it, but I hate having to navigate using the keyboard and all that. I was thinking "man, it would be so much fun to port this to my IDE of choice (RealBasic)". If I were to do that, would I only be able to make it for myself, or would it be possible to distribute it in any way? The nice thing about RealBasic is that it creates executables for Mac, PC, and web apps--all from the same program.
