Just some of the recent fixes:

- updated to compile under current versions of DMD
- removed the highlight that stays at the end of the player's turn (now 
working for any number of players)
- the help window can be scrolled by dragging the slider
- rewritten the status display engine so it works better
- pressing V to save honours the user's choice of filename
- removed option of no opponents (which doesn't work and probably wasn't 
meant to) from the New dialog
- fixed some errors and anachronisms in the help file
