The wikipedia page about const-correctness
(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Const-correctness) has a link to the "Here
a Const, There a Const" by Walter Bright
(http://www.digitalmars.com/d/const.html) but it's blank.

Browsing through D 2.0 site, should the wikipedeia article point to this
article http://www.digitalmars.com/d/2.0/const3.html?

I believe you are correct. The const system went through a number of randitions and I believe that is the best replacement page.
