The wikipedia page about const-correctness (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Const-correctness) has a link to the "Here a Const, There a Const" by Walter Bright (http://www.digitalmars.com/d/const.html) but it's blank. Browsing through D 2.0 site, should the wikipedeia article point to this article http://www.digitalmars.com/d/2.0/const3.html? negerns

The const system went through a number of randitions and I believe that is the best replacement page.
