atilia seemed unaware of my 100 lines of work on repls, when I 
vibe coded a timer on it reports it runs in 3 ms. Maybe a 
European could explain to me enough about SI units to compare 
that to 2 seconds :)

I think the compiler is fast enough, dlopen of a `import std;` 
shared lib isnt.

The "mixin file" is already an append only system; (what atilia 
called a "lightning rod"), if the mixin prepends extern(C) dlopen 
should be able to find it; so maybe a repl-mode could work if you 
allow appends to mixin async from the compiler and you watch a 
object file forming and you give me the most resent fields.
