digitalmars.D.learn - dub "--annotate" option

Do not perform any action, just print what would be done

I supposed it's something similar to "-n" option of Jam build 
system (I really like this feature). But dub's "annotate" prints 
nothing. So what is that? I have DUB version 0.9.21
