I always thought originally there was no meaning to "dub". Those 
who do not know, there was, very, very long ago, a tool named 
"bud" that was used for the same purpose. I always thought "dub" 
was a synthetic name that Sonke came up by playing with word 
"bud". If anyone knows, that is him. :)
