Stopwatch depends on TickDuration and TickDuration is depreciated yet Stopwatch isn't and hasn't been converted to MonoTime... makes sense?

A replacement which uses MonoTime is in the works, but there are issues with where to put it in Phobos, because putting it in std.datetime as things stand won't work, because it would conflict with the existing StopWatch. Plans are in place to sort that out, but until then, StopWatch won't be deprecated and neither will TickDuration. - Jonathan M Davis
