Yes, there is a flag button on forum.dlang.org. I'm not sure if you need 
permissions to access it, but it allows you to flag the maintainers to 
look at a specific message for spam or inappropriate text.

I did it for that post you responded to, Les De Rider. (and looks like 
it's already deleted)
