The current nightlies are published as [GitHub releases of 
DMD](https://github.com/dlang/dmd/releases/tag/nightly).
These builds can also be installed via 
[`install.sh`](https://dlang.org/install.html) or 
[`setup-dlang`](https://github.com/dlang-community/setup-dlang).
