digitalmars.D.ide - GDC + VD

longer accepts the m32 and m64 switches and uses a new type of 
file name syntax(I could not find a gdc.exe, and had to rename 
arm-unknown-linus....-gdc.exe.

It may all be in my head though, well, at least there is no clear 
cut gdc for windows download to use.

GDC has fallen off the radar a bit because there were no Windows updates for quite some time. I didn't even noticed until now that there are new versions available...
