After starting DLangIDE DCD seems working fine. But after first 
time running debug it stops working.
Windows 10, x64 bit
Firewall and Antivirus are in friendship with DLangIDE folder.

I see issue you've created on GitHub.
BTW, DCD is linked into IDE app as a library. Just working in 
separate thread.
