Question like this belong in learn.

from there you can go to older versions or use this direct link.
http://ftp.digitalmars.com/dmd.149.zip

Anyway a very old version like that is likely that you will NOT be able
to get your old code working but good luck. Please report the bugs in
the latest instead if possible.
