While tracking down an issue with dbghelp.dll I found that the AddressOfRawData
offset in the IMAGE_DEBUG_DIRECTORY header is 4 bytes to small.

Either we need to add 4 to AddressOfRawData or we need to shift the CodeView
information and reduce PointerToRawData accordingly.
