The AsmInstruction rule references IntegerExpression, which is unspecified.

AsmInstruction:
    Identifier : AsmInstruction
    align IntegerExpression

The following would probably fix that

IntegerExpression:
        Expression

when combined with the existing text stating that the expression must eval to
an integer.

Note, the text is unclear if this must be resolvable at compile-time or not.
