If I write "import std.stdio;"
When I ctrl+click on "stdio", nothing happens.
Only when I ctrl+click on "std", it will jump to "stdio.d"

Actually, it should jump to the header when I ctrl+click "stdio". 
Note: dmdserver enabled.
