void f(lazy int x)  nogc {
    x; // Error:  nogc function 'f' cannot call non- nogc delegate 'x'
}
void g(lazy int x) nothrow {
    x; // Error: 'x' is not nothrow
}

There's no way to annotate the implicit delegate is  nogc, nothrow, etc.
