The link to Ali's book on the sidebar is broken, it links to
http://ddili.org/ders/d.en/index.html.html (note the extra .html)

The link itself in the ddoc appears fine so it might be a macro issue, I know
nothing of ddoc or I'd submit a quick pull request.
