This code causes an infinite recursion in dmd:
---
mixin template t()
{ static import std.ascii; }

class C
{
    mixin t!();
    void f() { std.x; }
}
---

At the end of `Package::search` `pkg->search` is called for `pkg =
enclosingPkg()` if any, and `pkg == this` so we call ourselves.
