While I was thinking about getting started on the docs,
Drat! has inexplicably grown a front end... <g>

Therefore, I have quite arbitrarily decided to jump
from v.0.13 to v.0.20, hah!

After all, with this release I went from 5 files to 7!

Also, today is one month since v.0.10 was announced...
