Many thanks to https://github.com/aG0aep6G who contributed the DConf 2016 logo (the Berlin tower https://github.com/D-Programming-Language/dconf.org/pull/95). After discussing it with Sociomantic, they proposed a new one that is not Berlin-specific and also looks terrific on T-shirts.
