digitalmars.D.announce - D Community Conversation: Walter and Andrei on DConf

Walter and Andrei sat with me to talk about the origins and
evolution of DConf for the latest Community Conversation. It took
some doing to get our schedules coordinated, so the video ended
up a week late, but it's up now.

It was fun traveling back down DConf memory lane, even if the
memories weren't always clear or accurate. I hope you enjoy
watching it as much as I enjoyed participating in it.

The next conversation should go up on the last Sunday of this
month as normal. I will not be publishing one in September.
Between DConf and vacation, I'm going to have too much going on
to make time for it.

Thanks. I haven't watched it all, but it brings back memories. It was DConf 2013 that convinced me to invest time in D. I posted [a comment on Reddit](https://www.reddit.com/r/programming/comments/1etxqy/dconf_2013_day_1_talk_7_panel_with_wal er_bright/ca3s8pi/) on the Q&A with Walter and Andrei on May 22, 2013 where I said "I would be willing to look seriously at D for the first time." And now, 11 years later, I'm still using it.
