digitalmars.D.announce - D-Scanner 0.7.2 (and dparse 0.11.5)

bug fixed.
This version relies on dparse 0.11.5 which is (exceptionally) a 
branch with backports. All the tools will be upgraded to use 
dparse 0.13.0 during the summer.

Sorry i just see that the pre built binaries were not uploaded 
this time. This should still work with dub though.
