If you make 0, then it's 5% of 0 ;) If you are making say 10k per quarter gross, then 5% of 7k is $350, you'd have to have pretty low margins for that to affect you. -Steve

aaand no source code access, i.e. no ability to work on D bindings (or, of fixing bugs when they can't be fixed in a timely fashion - after all, "prioritized bug handling" (still not nearly as good as source access) comes at a cost).

If you want to use D with Unity I guess you could just use the native api http://docs.unity3d.com/Manual/NativePlugins.html I haven't tried myself yet but could be fun to do.
