IMHO, the bugzilla link ("Bug Tracker") should be under the 
"Community" section and not under the "Resources" section.

Note that, for instance, the review queue is in the community 
section, and both have similar functions, compared with something 
like the glossary, which does make sense to be in the resources 
section.

More seriously, please take a look at my findSplit post please; 
if you agree that there is a bug there I can try to fix it too 
when I look into this. Less context switches.
