I didn't say it shouldn't exist, I just said it shouldn't be in the user's documents directory.

If they're in "My Documents/Local Settings" you can't navigate there easily from explorer so you can't copy/backup them or share with your friend.

I didn't say it shouldn't exist, I just said it shouldn't be in the user's documents directory.
