I hope this will help people become more informed about the issue.

Also, none of the information I just submitted isn't sacred.  If
something is wrong, then please edit it.  Just please write somewhat
professionally and more formally than in newsgroup posts :)

Other thoughts:
I tried to keep the previous information in the article around, but the
proposal that was there was redundant.  Rather than leave needlessly
redundant writings in the article, I nuked the proposal that was there
already.  Sorry about that.
