AFAIK, Pragma said he was putting it on hold until he finished TracForums and one other thing. He hasn't been too active on TracForums lately, but I think he's still around.

I assumed he was asking about the DDL project at dsource (http://www.dsource.org/projects/ddl), but he could be referring to any thing known by that acronym (or even a person with those initials).
