digitalmars.D - Iain Buclaw earns commit rights to Phobos

Please join me in congratulating Iain Buclaw for earning the right to 
commit to Phobos. This follows Iain's great work on gdc. Though he's not 
a Phobos developer outright, having write access to Phobos will allow 
Iain to quickly port back patches and fixes that he creates while 
working on gdc.

How many of those would you consider to be on the "Phobos team," since I don't 
think that Iain is the only one with commit access who isn't really a Phobos 
developer per se (Walter would be another presumably).

Hard to quantify. Jeremie Pelletier hasn't been around in a while; the 
others have shown varied degrees of activity.

Well, for the most part, any qualified help is welcome IMHO. I'll be making my 
first commit with std.datetime as soon as core.time has been properly updated
in 
druntime, which should happen fairly soon.

Ohloh gives a nice number of 13 active developers, that is the top 10% of all
ohloh tracked projects :O and 17 users that have contributed code.
