digitalmars.D - Have some down time at the year's end?

reply Andrei Alexandrescu <SeeWebsiteForEmail erdani.org> writes:
My students and I are making a pass through a bunch of bugzilla issues
closing the ones that ought to be closed and marking the simple ones
with the "trivial" bug.

https://issues.dlang.org/buglist.cgi?bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&bug_status=VERIFIED&component=dlang.org&component=dmd&component=druntime&component=installer&component=phobos&component=tools&component=visuald&keywords=trivial%2C%20&keywords_type=allwords&list_id=212553&product=D&query_format=advanced&resolution=---&version=D2

The list is likely to grow so refresh often. If you have some down time
this time of the year, you may want to take a look at fixing some of
them. Happy Holidays!

Thanks,

Andrei

Is this still accurate? I mean if I change some issue to "trivial", is there any process which will notify you or your students about it? Or are they actively watch this list?

There is no automation. Thanks! -- Andrei

Speaking of the recent discussion of abandoned trivial PRs, here's the one I submitted PR for, but got 0 attention: https://github.com/dlang/druntime/pull/1675 https://issues.dlang.org/show_bug.cgi?id=16470

Hmm. For me seems like you got some comments on your PR but didn't answer. Seems plausible not to include such PR.

You should check the dates ;-). I got these comments today, only after writing this message.

Ah, you received those answers just now, not at that time. Sorry.
