become a GSoC mentor.

Hans is a brilliant all-around hacker, a language enthusiast, and one of 
the early promoters of D inside Facebook, in addition to being a great 
community member and a nice fellow.

We have ten mentors now. For this GSoC I have set the number of desired 
slots to 10 (limited by the number of mentors).
