Hi, I always visit this forum normally but today (29/09) since 
afternoon I'm not able to access through Chrome, It shows this 
message:

 A private connection to forum.dlang.org can't be established 
 because your computer's date and time (Thursday, September 30, 
 2021 at 12:01:07 AM) are incorrect. NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID



 To establish a secure connection, your clock needs to be set 
 correctly. This is because the certificates that websites use 
 to identify themselves are only valid for specific periods of 
 time. Since your device's clock is incorrect, Google Chrome 
 cannot verify these certificates.


Well the clock is right from Brazilian Time. I can visit every 
other site except this one. By the way to post this message I'm 
using Firefox.

It's funny that Firefox works, but Chrome doesn't; considering 
both browsers implemented said security.

It has to do with SSL, where it seems Chrome doesn't think you 
have a secure connection.

The problem does lie with you however and there are a couple of 
things you can do to fix it (I'm not entirely sure what exactly.)

The fact other sites work is irrelevant since the issue only 
exist after the certificate of a site expires. Chances are the 
other sites you've visited hasn't had their certificates expired 
recently as most certificates are usually valid for 1-2 years at 
least. Unless it's LetsEncrypt, then it's valid for 3 months.

Well but it's weird that the message says:


 A private connection to forum.dlang.org can't be established 
 because your computer's date and time (Thursday, September 30, 
 2021 at 9:57:20 AM) are incorrect.


But the date and time are correct for my region.

There is even a button labeled: "Update date and time", which I 
clicked but nothing changed.

Since this started yesterday after years accessing this forum, 
couldn't it be something wrong with your Certificate?

I think it's your computer.

Make sure that the timezone is set correctly.

It's possible that some security software/middleware is MITM-ing 
the TLS connection and injecting its own certificate, though that 
seems less likely to me.

Well it might be my PC but it's not the timezone or clock problem.

Strangely now I'm getting a slightly different message as before 
but with a new option called: "Advanced", clicking over it shows 
another message: "Proceed to forum.dlang.org (unsafe)".

Clicking on this let me go here, but the "https://" is crossed 
and when I click over it says: "Server certificate is not yet 
valid" and "Server certificate is not trusted".

But please don't bother with this because It may be something 
here, I asked before just to be sure if it was something with 
this site since was only happening here, but now I see this on 
other sites as well, or a message like this:


 "You cannot visit www.anothersite.com right now because the 
 website uses HSTS. Network errors and attacks are usually 
 temporary, so this page will probably work later."

This may have something to do with [Let’s Encrypt root 
certificate expiring 
today](https://letsencrypt.org/docs/dst-root-ca-x3-expiration-september-2021).
