It seems like a lot of D folks were unable to make it this year. 
However, there has been widespread interest on IRC (#d   freenode) in 
trying to get a D thing together (maybe a devroom?) at FOSDEM 2013.

I am attending it, with focus on some language talks, graphics, desktop 
and Embedded and few other stuff. Still need to create my schedule.
