Not yet. I think it should have a separate page on dlang.org (no

Personally I'd see the use of a subdomain as a useful way to 
separate between pages about the language versus pages about the 
organization.

Can't we get a simple "Foundation in build. Please contact Andrei 
or Walter if you are interested as a sponsor or member" (in D 
design) page, s.t. people are better informed and the links are 
already right?
