digitalmars.D - Differences between D2 and TDPL wiki page

People are always asking about what has changed since TDPL was 
released and I think it'd be good to have a single resource we 
can point people at. The items still need to be verified 
(Jonathan's post was 2 years ago) and I haven't done anything but 
wikified the post a tiny bit but it's a start at least. Any help 
assembling this page would be welcome.

Great idea. I added some links for the subsections, and added one for 
the new alias syntax.
