This is real monthly meeting, where some members of D community 
are participating, including Walter.

They have discussions not only about D, but also about other 
different topics.

So proposal of some non-trivial topic seems a good tradition of 
such meetings.

At least this is what I understood (never participated)

Mostly we talk about engineering. No politics.
