Hi

Can anyone advise if there will be live streaming or will there
only YouTube videos after the event. Not that I'm complaining.

thanks Nick

They had it on Ustream last year, guessing they will again. Only problem last year is that the streamed sound didn't work on mobile, probably some codec issue. We figured out a workaround with the RSS feed and the saved stream videos later, would be good if it worked right off the livestream this time.

Any update on the stream this year, for those of us planning to watch the talks remotely?

Yeah, hopefully there's a post in the announce forum coming, given the first talk is supposed to start in an hour (no idea if there is going to be a post, just hoping).

Ah, a link to view all the talks one has missed -Thanks, Just what I wanted! Could you to provide them for todays and tomorrows talk too, when they are over? BTW I really like how the camera swaps positions automatically, I don't think there is much need to even edit those videos afterwards.

He's talking about the archived streams: those are not public, not unless you have a direct link with the specific video id, which are posted in this thread and on that reddit link.

I update each talk page either right before the talk or as the slides are made available to me, usually within an hour. They are all up at this point (end of day 2) with the exception of Vladimir's. Ali

Don't forget to refresh the page on your browser. You should see something like Slides: PDF on each talk's page. Ali

Supposedly just until Monday. I really don't get why they couldn't leave the full recordings up while they're in the process of slicing them up, though.

Yeah they should keep the full thing up while they're shopping it. The weekend is better than monday for watching dconf videos.
