Perhaps it would be a good idea to have some sort of 'experimental' compiler switch that enables experimental/trial features just as -deprecated allows deprecated ones. It would make it easier to do a prototype/trial run without worrying that someone would use the feature in anger.

As I understand it, this will be the case after 1.0 is released. For the moment, everything is considered somewhat "experimental" (in case you haven't noticed ;-) Nick
